In kata, judoka perform a series of pre-established movements and highly stylized, designed to represent and refine the principles of judo, such as body control, balance, and precision in movements. These movements require maximum harmony and coordination between the two partners, who respectively assume the role of tori (the one who performs the technique) e uke (the one who suffers it).
Unlike combat judo, where athletes compete in dynamic matches, judo kata focuses on perfection of technique and on the transmission of values and philosophy of judo. It is a discipline that requires years of practice and harmony between partners to achieve the perfect executionevery movement studied down to the smallest detail. The result obtained by the two brothers is particularly significant and demonstrates the high technical preparation and the understanding achieved, fundamental in judo kata. Las Vegas represented for them a great opportunity for international comparison and, with this placing, they confirmed their talent and ability to stand out at the top of the world in this discipline which will still see them as protagonists.
