The Cultural Chinese Art Academy of Merate on the international podium in Guadalajara

The seventh international TUI SHOU championship in Guadalajara, Spain, just ended on the weekend of November 16th and 17th. One of the highest level Chinese wrestling competitions took place in the setting of the Infantado castle. In fact, Tui Shou was born as a sensitivity exercise to improve one’s fighting and wrestling skills. The two contestants must be able to unbalance and throw (make the opponent fall to the ground). This very ancient discipline is the basis of all fighting techniques and sports such as judo, from which it differs because the use of the Kimono is not necessary.

The cultural Chinese Art Academy sports association of the Palestra Vita of Merate was present with two athletes and their teacher Alessandro Lenzini.
