It is a popular site that publishes maps from all over the world, but in an unconventional way, so this time the people behind the site took the shapes of the borders of European countries and made an illustration of a football player from them.
What “caught” the eye of many followers is that there is no Croatia in the illustration, which is a world-famous football country. “Football without Croatia? Hilarious,” wrote one follower, while another was interested in where she would put Croatia on that map, considering the very unusual shape of the country.
“You have to be creative”, is one answer, while another claims: “When I look at the map, it could be placed anywhere”. One follower suggests that Croatia should take the place of “lips” on the map. “Croatia could be a boomerang in the hand or a Chinese hat,” added another in jest, while a few suggested that Croatia was depicted in pants.
It could not have been done without Yugoslavia
“Really, this figure of a football player is correct, so Croatia is bothering you”, is also one of the comments, while it once bothered that there is no Norway on the map at the same time, which “gave birth” to the great Haaland. In the debate that flared up, it was mentioned several times Luka Modric. Then, according to the well-established pattern, Yugoslavia was mentioned.
