Miranchuk and Chalov were included in the Russian national team for matches against Brunei and Syria
The coaching staff of the Russian national football team has named the final squad for the friendly matches against Brunei and Syria. This was reported on the website of the Russian Football Union (RFU).
The list included 29 football players. In particular, midfielder Alexey Miranchuk from the American Atlanta United, as well as forward Fedor Chalov from the Greek PAOK, will take part in the meetings.
Earlier, former Russian national team player Andrei Arshavin revealed the meaning of holding friendly matches of the national team against Syria and Brunei. The ex-player noted that fans need such meetings.
The Russian national team will play against Brunei on November 15 in Krasnodar. Four days later, the team led by Valery Karpin will meet with Syria in Volgograd.
