Today I want to show you a couple of contrasts in sports. On one hand, the joy for success, for achievement, for triumph and on the other hand, sadness for a setback, for a defeat, for a frustration.

In sports, at all levels, amateur and professional, high competition and even recreational, when you wear the jersey of your homeland, department or country, you see these scenes all the time. Today we enjoy and there is joy and tomorrow we cry and there is sadness. Sport combines all that and much more. Sport is life, health and well-being.
