The PalaElachem of Vigevano remains an indigestible field at Acqua S.Bernardo Cantù. The hosts, thanks to an irrepressible Mack, earn the two points.

Vigevano starts immediately with a 10-0 break. Possamai and Moraschini unblock a Cantù that begins to grind out the game and baskets, returning to a single point disadvantage with Possamai’s hook. Stefanini interrupts the Cantù partial with a triple. The distances remain unchanged until the sound of the first siren, which rewards Vigevano 17-13.
The hosts also approach the second quarter with determination and extend the lead, Baldi Rossi and Basile keep Acqua S.Bernardo in their wake. Valentini brings Cantù back to one possession away, but Oduro keeps Vigevano ahead. At the end of the quarter Cantù would have the ball to overtake, but Stefanini allows Vigevano to go into the interval ahead by one point at 42-41.
Possamai opens the second half with the basket giving Acqua S. Bernardo the first lead. Vigevano is unfazed and, after a short chase, takes back the lead with Oduro. Elachem gains confidence and, led by Leardini and Mack, returns to have a double-digit lead. De Nicolao unlocks Cantù, but the hosts remain ahead 67-58.
Basile brings Cantù back to six points behind, but Stefanini breaks the score with a triple. Piccoli responds with the same coin and Basile again scores the -2 basket. Valentini makes the overtaking triple, but Mack responds with 5 consecutive points. Moraschini responds with an identical personal partial and the biancoblù enter the last two minutes ahead by one. Triple by Mack, Cantù makes a mistake and the American point guard scores two more points. It’s the basket that decides the match. Vigevano wins 89-85.
