Absent for the last match of SpursVictor Wembanyama is recovering from a slight injury to his right knee according to his team. Nothing very serious for the Frenchman, who probably hopes to be in uniform Tuesday evening to face the Thunder. No worries for the medical staff, but the latter will not take any risks with the star of the squad.

Just one number different and Washington could have taken Wembanyama in the June 2023 draft in place of Coulibaly. And if the latter emerges as the great hope of the organization, the Wizards perhaps lack a real superstar to hope to rebuild better. Shankar also explains this in his article.
