A complete success
The Trainer C training at the Werdau Sports School from November 2nd to 3rd, 2024 was a complete success! 23 dedicated judo trainers used the weekend to expand their knowledge and gain new inspiration for their training.
A diverse program with practical relevance
The varied program offered a successful mix of theoretical basics and practical exercises. Renè Liesebach and Dirk Hilbig conveyed the latest findings on competency-oriented training. Hannes Conrad impressed with impressive competition techniques, while Hendrick Schuster gave a comprehensive overview of the current graduation regulations. Frank Nitzel provided information about news in the Saxony Judo Association and the German Judo Association.
On the second day, Uwe Sladek dedicated himself to the exciting topic of refereeing and Martin Unger to dealing with children with behavioral problems in judo training.
New impulses and perspectives
The training was not only an opportunity to acquire knowledge, but also a platform for exchange and networking. Trainers from 11 different clubs came together and benefited from the different specialist skills of the participants. The lively discussions and the shared exchange of experiences contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere.
Positive feedback
The participants were consistently enthusiastic about the high quality of the training. The practical exercises, the competent speakers and the pleasant atmosphere in the Werdau sports school were particularly highlighted.
