The TSB Ravensburg U15 team became the Württemberg team champion in judo in Nürtingen. Nine Ravensburger judoka were reinforced by two fighters from VfL Ulm/Neu-Ulm, who train with the Ravensburgers at the state base in Ravensburg. With the title, the TSB secured qualification for the German Youth Cup in Senftenberg in Brandenburg at the end of November.
Clear successes on the mats
The Upper Swabians defeated the Schwäbisch Gmünd-JV Nürtingen combat communities and the JZ Heubach-FA Göppingen combat communities 4:1 each. According to the announcement, it became even clearer against TSG Reutlingen and the KSV Esslingen-TG Backnang fighting group. Both teams were literally swept off the mat 5-0.
The team around TSB coach Uli Rothenhäusler and youth coach Christian Ließ now have five weeks to prepare for the German Youth Cup in Brandenburg. The best teams from all federal states meet here and fight for the title of German team champion.
