In the men’s doubles class 2, Cyrill Waser and his partner Till Kaufmann (BC Luzern) started with a win against two club colleagues. This was followed by two more victories and thus a place in the final. Two Stanstad residents were waiting for him there again. The brothers Pirmin and Pascal Würsch played together on the field a few years ago and again this year. The two veterans demonstrated their playing skills and confidently secured the regional championship title. Cyrill Waser was happy about the runner-up title. He also won bronze in the Mixed SK2 together with Amritha Theruvel after the semi-final went to their opponents in a hard-fought three-set game.

With two hard-fought three-set wins, Christof Kritskias put himself in a good starting position in the men’s singles SK3. In the semi-finals there was no way for him to progress against the eventual winner. He was still happy about third place.

Flavia and Jasmine were able to secure another podium place and the runner-up title in the women’s doubles SK1. After three wins, there was a defeat against the pairing from Zug in the decisive final game. Things went even more perfectly for the Stansstad women in strength class 2. Amritha and Sidney Bellumat played a confident tournament. With a total of four two-set wins, they safely secured first place and thus the second regional championship title for BC Stansstad.
