To you, to me. The crossover continues at the top of the 10th edition of the Vendée Globe. This time, the Englishman Sam Goodchild (Vulnerable) took back the lead and was sailing almost 27 miles ahead of his first pursuer Sébastien Simon (Groupe Dubreuil) in the 7 a.m. standings this Wednesday.
In the early morning, Yoann Richomme (Paprec Arkéa) completes the leading trio 34 miles from the Briton, just ahead of Charlie Dalin (Macif Santé Prévoyance).
Still leader on Monday, Jean Le Cam (Everything begins in Finistère – Armor-Lux), passed between Cape Verde and the African coasts but who has now headed west, has fallen in the ranking since he is now in 13th position, nearly 150 miles from Goodchild. It will be time in the more or less near future to see whether or not the navigation option chosen by Le Cam will bear fruit.
