Seevetal/Fleestedt. On November 24th, TuS Fleestedt will host the Seevetal Walking Football Indoor Masters for the third time in the Seevetal sports center in Fleestedt. This tournament will also be the first official walking football tournament in the NFV (Lower Saxony Football Association) Lüneburg district. “An important step in the further development of walking football as a sport,” says Jean Kunzel. The TuS Fleestedt team coach is the contact person in the NFV Lüneburg district for all clubs that want to offer this sport.
In addition to TuS Fleestedt, walking footballers from TuS Zeven, TV Loxstedt, TSV Sievern and TuS Frisch Auf Stotel will take part in the tournament on November 24th. The game is played in league mode and the game lasts 12 minutes. It starts at 11 a.m., the awards ceremony is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Anyone who would like to experience the fascination of this sport live is welcome as a spectator.
For the walking footballers of TuS Fleestedt, the indoor season now begins during training. Training takes place every Monday from 8:50 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Seevetal sports center until the end of February. Further information can be found by sending an email to [email protected]. (ie/a)
