Great vintage.
The 2024 Lotois tennis night brought together 205 people at the Jean Dumas village hall in Gramat. The participants in this evening were welcomed to the sounds of the “friends first” banda. Christophe Proença, deputy for the 2nd constituency of Lot, Jean-Pierre James, vice-president of the Departmental Council in charge of sports and tourism, Caroline Mey Fau, Departmental Councilor of Gramat were present at this evening. Michel Sylvestre, mayor of Gramat, Corentin Jean, president of the Gramat tennis club, Philippe Belou, president of the Occitanie Tennis League, Claude Bonnet, outgoing president of the departmental tennis committee, and Elodie Massalve, new president of the committee, launched the evening.
It was an opportunity to distribute numerous rewards to the winners of the youth and adult competitions (individual and team) but also to thank the teachers and educators and to honor Habib Shikh Mohammadi of TC Gourdon for his magnificent performances which places him among the best Occitan players of his age (13 years old). This evening ended in apotheosis with the draw reserved for the winners of the Mozaïc Lotois tournaments. Zélie Bouyjou Seraudie from TC Souillac gained 2 places for the men’s final of Roland Garros 2025. The evening continued in a good atmosphere around the tables and the dance floor. A big thank you to the entire Gramat club team for their welcome and the organization of the evening! The elective general assembly of 2025 and tennis night will take place next year in Luzech where the club and its members will mobilize to host these two events.
