Masterpiece for Leonardo Rocca with a total of 5 matches in a category with 31 contenders, against high caliber opponents. The first three opponents of Mexico, the United States and Belgium won peremptorily, the latter beaten after a very long heart-pounding golden score. Having lost the semi-final to a Georgian, Leonardo then completed the job by annihilating the strong Brazilian in the bronze final, and nailing him with a stellar ground pass.
