Please check if your internet connection is normal
Please check that all network cables are connected, and then restart any router, modem, or other network device you may be using.
Please check if your DNS settings are correct
If you are not sure what this means, please contact your network administrator.
Please try disabling network predictions
Go to Chrome Menu > “set up”>“Show advanced settings…” section and uncheck “Use prediction service to load web pages faster”. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend that you recheck this option to improve performance.
Allow Chrome to access the web in the firewall or antivirus settings.
If it’s already in the list of programs that can access the network, try removing it from the list and then adding it back to it.
If you use a proxy server…
Please check your proxy server settings or contact your network administrator to ensure that the proxy server is functioning properly. If you don’t think you need to use a proxy server, do the following: Go to Chrome menu >set up”>“Show advanced settings…”>“Change proxy server settings…“>”LAN Settings” and uncheck “Use a proxy server for LAN”.
