Head of the network of the Ile-de-France sports movement, the CROS Île-de-France held its annual seminar this Tuesday, allowing us to take stock of the year 2024.
“Impact and Legacy of Paris 2024: future and challenges of sports volunteering”: this was the theme of the annual seminar organized by the Regional Olympic and Sports Committee (CROS) Île-de-France this Tuesday, December 17. A meeting which brought together the CROS teams, but also the eight presidents of the Ile-de-France Departmental Olympic and Sports Committees (CDOS).
The director of France Paralympic, Elie Patrigeon, the director of INJEP, Augustin Vicard, but also the Civic Service Agency with Virginie Jouve and the director of Diagoriente, Pascal Chaumette, were also present to take part in the discussions, confirming in passing the dynamism of the Ile-de-France sports movement.
A capital legacy of Paris 2024
Ile-de-France sport has had a year like no other after hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games. During the Games, CROS Île-de-France worked for the Heritage of this global organization. In August, Evelyne Ciriegi notably participated, at Club France, in work and reflections around parity in sport and gender equality. A theme on which CROS Île-de-France has been working for many years.
A legacy that CROS Île-de-France will seek to consolidate in 2025. Particularly with the return of the Olympic and Paralympic Week, which will mobilize the entire Ile-de-France region. But also thanks to a dynamic training organization, whose Qualiopi certification has just been renewed. After 2024, the year of Ile-de-France sport, we are heading towards 2025 for the CROS.
