Saturday December 7, the Archers of Boé organized a competition, shooting at 18 meters, in which 90 archers participated in two qualifying rounds for the French championship. The Boetians achieved very good scores.
Unofficial duels were also organized in 3 categories either by type of weapon and by age group: recurve and compound bow from cadet to senior 3 then young recurve bow from U11 to U15. Three young people are part of the program benefiting from a school schedule designed to practice sports (lessons end around 3:30 p.m.). A club coach will pick them up from the college (Jasmin or Dangla) for training (technical, specific, mental preparation, bodybuilding, etc.): more than 5,000 arrows shot each month. Note that this competition was possible thanks to the referees Julien Guillot, Christian Supply and Ludovic Alcouffe. Winners of unofficial duels : for adults, Romain Septier, and for young people, Oscar Lopez.
