Understanding Our Auction Process
Welcome to our auctions! To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions outlined below.
Item Condition and Inspection
All items are sold “as is,” meaning they are in the condition they are presented at the time of the hammer fall. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and measurements, but we encourage bidders to carefully inspect items before bidding.
While we make every effort to identify any visible damage, please note that we do not guarantee the functionality of any item. It is the buyer’s obligation to assess the condition and suitability of the item.
Buyer’s Premium and Taxes
A buyer’s premium of 20% will be added to the winning bid, with a minimum charge of DKK 50 per catalog number. Both the winning bid and the buyer’s premium are subject to the current VAT rate of 25%. This means the total price, including VAT, for the buyer’s premium is 50%. For vehicles like cars, campers, and motorcycles, VAT is only applied to the buyer’s premium, resulting in a total premium of 25%.
