Andrey Kobets left the Belarusian Torpedo-BelAZ

Moldavian striker Andrey Kobets left the Belarusian “Torpedo-BelAZ” Zhodino upon expiration of the contract.

The Moldovan player moved to Torpedo-BelAZ from another Belarusian team, Slavia Mozyr, in January this year. As part of the Automobile Plant, he won the Belarus Cup. He played 25 matches for Torpedo-BelAZ, scoring 1 goal and 1 assist.

27-year-old Kobets is a native of Tiraspol and a graduate of the Sheriff Academy. As part of the Tiraspol team, he became the champion and winner of the Moldova Cup. In 2019-2020 he played for Dynamo-Auto, in 2020-2022 – FC Floresti, in 2022-2024 – Slavia Mozyr (Belarus). He played 2 matches for the Moldova national team.
