Public interest incorporated foundation The Japan Rugby Football Union (Chairman: Masato Tsuchida, Minato-ku, Tokyo) will be holding a tour of New Zealand for the U18 Women’s SDS (Sevens Development Squad) from Sunday, December 8th to Monday, December 16th. We will inform you of the participating members. The U18 Women’s SDS will participate in “Global Youth Sevens 2024” which will be held in Auckland, New Zealand from December 13th (Friday) to December 15th (Sunday) during the expedition period.

This expedition will be carried out as part of a project commissioned by the Japan Sports Promotion Center. This commissioned project aims to support the construction of a sustainable system for the development of sports with medal potential, by clarifying issues in the athlete development pathway, and planning and implementing next-generation athlete development projects to resolve these issues. This is a program to do.
