He was accepted into Insep at fifteen, which is quite remarkable. How did he adapt to the rigorous training regimen and demands of such a high-performance habitat?
Girouille: The transition was seamless. Baptiste thrives under pressure. He embraced the challenges, pushing himself relentlessly.He understood that becoming Olympic-level required immense commitment and sacrifice.
his Olympic performance was exceptional. Did you expect him to be ready for the Games this early in his career?
Girouille: While we projected 2028 as his Olympic debut, Baptiste’s progress was truly phenomenal. He consistently exceeded expectations. He put in the hours,he listened intently to guidance,and he never let setbacks discourage him.
