In the regular season of the Basketball Champions League, where 32 teams competed, the teams played four matches each.

FIBA gathered 32 teams competing in eight teams into a single pool and published the 5th power ranking of the season.

While preparing this power ranking, the matches played by the teams in their local leagues are also taken into account.

The following evaluations were made for Aliağa Petkimspor, which is in the 16th place in the rankings:

Degree in BCL: 2-2
Degree in BSL: 3-5

We don’t know which is weirder: six defeats in the last seven matches, or the fact that the only win in this division was against Fenerbahçe…”

The following statements were made for Manisa Basket, which found itself in the 14th place:

Degree in BCL: 3-1
Degree in BSL: 1-7

SABEN LEE IS BACK! SABEN. LE. HE RETURNED.

The man who averaged 39.5 points per game with Manisa in the first part of the season – yes, thirty-nine and a half points – returned to the Basketball Champions League with Manisa after a short EuroLeague adventure.

The following comments were made about Galatasaray, which ranked 13th on the list:

Degree in BCL: 3-1
Degree in BSL: 5-3

Six wins in the last seven matches in all competitions! Galatasaray finally looks like a championship candidate and has risen in the local league after a slow start to the season.

So why are they ranked 13th then? There are two reasons: They need a 13-point win away at ERA Nymburk to be 1st in Group D, and they are not the best Turkish team in the BCL right now.

The following statements were used for Pınar Karşıyaka, who ranked sixth in the power ranking:

Degree in BCL: 3-1
Degree in BSL: 6-2

We said that Galatasaray is going 6-1 in its last seven matches, right? The reason for the “1” there is Karşıyaka! Coach Ufuk Sarıca has succeeded again, the team is in harmony with each other and Karşıyaka is on a six-game winning streak in all competitions.

They are also 9-1 in their last 10 games. They also won three matches in a row in the BCL for the first time since May 2021. You remember what happened in May 2021, right?
