“Ready for Tomorrow” premiered internally at Allianz France, allowing employees to celebrate the athletes’ achievements and connect with the company’s commitment to sports. The documentary also enjoyed a public preview at the Grand Rex cinema on December 12th, generating excitement and anticipation for its television debut on L’Equipe channel on December 26th at 4:20 p.m.
Allianz France’s support for Team Allianz extends beyond 2024. The company will continue to champion Olympic and Paralympic winter athletes Antoine Adelisse and Oscar Burnham in their pursuit of excellence at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Games. These athletes will remain integral to Allianz France’s communication campaigns and participate in various internal events, further solidifying the company’s dedication to promoting sportsmanship and inspiring future generations.

Marie-Amélie Le Fur needs no introduction in the world of Paralympic sport. An accomplished athlete representing Team France, especially shining in Para Athletics (T42), Marie-Amélie holds numerous global titles including Paralympic gold. Known for her incredible speed and indomitable spirit, she embodies the very essence of resilience that Allianz France seeks to highlight in their new documentary, “ready for Tomorrow”.

Welcome, Marie-Amélie! After watching “Ready for Tomorrow,” what struck you most about the stories of the featured athletes?
marie-Amélie: Thank you for having me!
What truly resonated with me was the raw honesty and vulnerability displayed by all the athletes. We frequently enough see the polished, triumphant versions of athletes, but this film delves deeper, showcasing the immense dedication, sacrifices, and emotional rollercoaster that comes with striving for excellence.
The documentary emphasizes the importance of planning, confidence, and resilience. How crucial are these values in navigating the challenges of elite sports, both on and off the field?
ML: Absolutely crucial!
In my own journey, I’ve faced numerous setbacks, from injuries to self-doubt. it’s during those tough times that resilience becomes yoru cornerstone. It’s about picking yourself up,learning from disappointments,and coming back stronger. Preparation lays the foundation for both physical and mental fortitude, while confidence allows you to trust your training and beleive in your capabilities.
Allianz France’s continued support of athletes like yourself, even beyond the 2024 Games, is commendable. How does having this kind of long-term backing impact athletes’ motivation and mindset?
ML: It’s game-changing. Knowing that you have a committed partner who believes in your journey, not just winning medals, provides incredible stability and peace of mind. It allows us to focus on training and perform at our best, while also understanding that there’s a network of support during the ups and downs.
The film champions the idea of “Ready for Tomorrow.” What does that phrase mean to you personally, both as an athlete and as a role model?
ML: For me, it’s about embracing the future with optimism and determination. it’s about constantly striving to evolve, both as an athlete and as a person.It’s about inspiring others to overcome their own challenges and chase their dreams, no matter how big or small.
What message would you give to aspiring athletes who might be watching “Ready for Tomorrow”?
ML: Don’t be afraid to dream big! Embrace the journey, both the triumphs and the setbacks. Find your “why” – the driving force that keeps you going. Surround yourself with a supportive team, and never stop believing in yourself.
