Starting January 6th, 2025, residents can choose ‌from⁤ a variety of activities, including volleyball, fitness classes, Zumba, badminton, table tennis, basketball, and athletics. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey,there’s something ‌for everyone.Ushuaia: Fitness fun for All

Ushuaia ‌residents can head to the Casa del Deporte for a variety of activities. Adults can⁤ participate in fitness classes on Tuesdays and thursdays from ⁢8 pm to‍ 9 ​pm,while children aged 9 to 13 can enjoy⁤ sports and recreational ⁤activities on‍ Mondays,Wednesdays,and Fridays‍ from 3 pm to 5 pm. Zumba enthusiasts can join the fun on Fridays from 7 pm to 8 pm.The Ana Giró gymnasium will also host Zumba classes on Wednesdays from 7‌ pm to 8 ⁣pm and Saturdays from 5 pm to 6 pm.

Río ⁣Grande: Sports for Every Age

Río Grande’s Casa del⁣ Deporte will be buzzing with activity this summer. Children aged 6 to 12 can participate in physical education classes ‌on Mondays, Wednesdays,⁢ and Fridays from 2 pm to 3 pm. Teenagers (13 to 17 years old) can enjoy a combination of‍ sports on tuesdays‌ and Thursdays from 2 pm to 4 pm. Adults can keep the rhythm going with Zumba classes on Tuesdays and‍ thursdays from​ 7 pm to ​8⁢ pm.

Starting‍ january 12th, the Casa del Deporte will also offer Newcom‍ practices on ⁣Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Table tennis enthusiasts can head to the ‌María Auxiliadora Polideportivo on Tuesdays and Thursdays ⁣from 6 pm to 8 pm. The Jorge Muriel‌ gymnasium will host a ⁣variety of ⁢sports activities for children and teenagers on Mondays, Wednesdays, and ‍Fridays from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Tolhuin:​ A ⁤Sporting Playground

Tolhuin’s Casa del Deporte will be⁢ a hub for badminton ​enthusiasts, with practices scheduled on Wednesdays​ and Fridays from 3 pm to 4 pm for ages 6 to 17. Basketball fans⁤ can shoot hoops on mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 pm to 5 pm, while athletics will be‌ held ⁢on the same days from 5 pm to 6:30 pm ⁢(ages 11 to 17). Mini volleyball will be ⁤offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 6⁣ pm for children aged 8 to 11.

Volleyball enthusiasts can​ join the fun on Tuesdays and ​Thursdays from⁢ 6 pm to 7:30 pm, while gymnastics will be ​offered on Mondays, wednesdays, and Fridays from ‌5 pm to 6 pm for ages 6‍ to 8 and‍ from 6 pm to 7:30 pm for ages 9 to ​15. Boxing classes ‍will be held on Tuesdays⁢ and Thursdays from 8 pm to 9:30 pm for ages 12 to 16. Adults can choose‌ from two⁤ fitness class slots on ‍Mondays,Wednesdays,and ⁣Fridays: 6 pm to 7 pm and 7 pm to 8 pm.
