FIFA explained how the draw for the 2025 Club World Cup will take place.
Limitations and exceptions:
1) There cannot be more than one team from the same confederation in one group, with the exception of UEFA, which has 12 teams in eight groups.
That is, in one group there can be two teams from Europe, but one from another confederation.
2) Teams from the same country cannot be combined into one group.
3) Inter Miami is in fourth place in Group A and will play in the first match.
4) The Seattle Sounders are in fourth place in Group B to secure a home game.

Draw procedure:
First, all teams are drawn from the first basket, then from the second, third and fourth.
In Groups A and B, the other teams are in the same position as their opponents. Inter Miami and Seattle are in 4th position.
For groups C to H, the position in the group will be indicated, for example C2. This affects the order of matches.
Group distribution:
Teams from the second pot: Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Inter and Porto will be in the same group with one of the teams: Flamengo, Palmeiras, River Plate, Fluminense.
The remaining teams in Pot 2, Atlético Madrid, Benfica, Juventus and RB Salzburg, will be in the same group as Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG (although the Madrid clubs are not will be able to play with each other).
