The free trial class will be divided into age groups to ensure personalized instruction and a comfortable learning experience:
4 to 6 years old: 1:45 PM
7 to 12 years old: 2:45 PM
13 years and over (including adults): 3:45 PM
Simply arrive 15 minutes before your designated time slot, wearing comfortable sports attire (pants, slides or flip-flops) and bring a water bottle. AS villemur Judo will provide judo jackets and belts for the session.
