After scoring three goals in Arsenal’s victory over Crystal Palace (3-2), striker Gabriel Jesus was asked about the rumors linking his name to Palmeiras.
“Speculations stir a little because it’s Palmeiras, but today I’m an Arsenal athlete. Who knows, one day”, said Cria, in an interview with ESPN.
Recently, president Leila Pereira revealed that she tried to sign Jesus, but given Arsenal’s refusal to release the striker, she ruled out the possibility.
