Gianni Petrucci makes a hypothesis about the NBA
These are the words to ANSA of Gianni Petrucci, president of the FIP, on the phone with ANSA, responding on the news that may exist in basketball in the near future.
“There is an idea, a project that is being born and is coming forward: the NBA wants to invest in Europe with its own teams that could appear and play on the continent”.
“However, if all this comes to fruition, it must be done under the aegis of FIBA – he added -. It is undeniable that the Euroleague has the best teams, but I am in favor of finding an agreement with the International Federation, with which we want to work peacefully.”
