Once again the best version of Giannis was served, author of his first career triple double with 40 points: 45 (15/24 from the field) with 12 rebounds and 11 assists in 35 minutes.
Jordan Poole’s 31 points, 29 with 11 rebounds, were not enough for Washington Malcolm Brogdon and 16 with 7 rebounds and 5 assists from Jonas Valanciunas. Milwaukee, in addition to Giannis, also finds the masterful performance of Damian Lillardwho finished with a double-double of 25 points (8/18 from the field, 5/9 from three) with 10 assists.
This would have been a game we would have lost at the start of the season. We don’t care now if we play well or badly, we have to find a way to win. We must always find ways to improve ourselves
