A Globo closed 13 sponsorship quotas for the broadcast of Brazilian Championship and from Brazilian Cup. With this, the Marinho family company guaranteed revenue of R$2.5 billion from national tournaments.

For open TV, Globo has eight sponsors, in exhausted quotas, which are with Itaú, Fiat, Amazon, Ambev, Vivo, Betnacional, Natura and Perdigão. Each of them paid R$269.9 million for the space.

The brands Jeep, Bradesco, Ambev and Novibet will sponsor the broadcasts on SporTV, Globo’s sports channel. Each paid R$83 million.

Betano secured the top five-second share of the project on both platforms, for a total value of R$100 million. In total, Globo raised R$2.591 billion, according to values ​​from the commercial package that was on the advertising market.

Globo promises at least 50 dates of Brazilian football. There are 38 Brazilian matches, shown on Wednesday and Sunday nights, and another 12 from the Copa do Brasil. This is what the broadcaster sticks to in order to maintain values: maintaining the base dates for showing matches.

The broadcaster promises improvements in open TV coverage. The main new feature is a big pre-game on Sundays, lasting 30 minutes. That’s ten minutes longer than it currently is. The measure is an old request from viewers who are more fanatical about soccer.

Another point is exposure on leading audience programs for advertisers. Whoever buys the Brasileirão package has guaranteed commercials in attractions such as the nine o’clock soap opera and the National Newspaperamong others.

From 2025 onwards, Globo will only show games that Libra teams host, under an exclusive contract. Clubs such as Flemish, São Paulo, Atlético Mineiro e Palm trees.
