Decize. Good start to the season for the Judo Club Decizois.
The sports season resumed at the Decizois Judo club in October. The young judokas of the association traveled to several sporting events, with a view to preparing for the first phases of the championships.
During the national tournament in Sens (Yonne), junior and junior category, on October 21, Ylan Lacour-Baratier finished 2 e and Kenza Cardona 3 e .
During the Varennes-Vauzelles tournament, on November 10, the same two competitors confirmed their previous result, followed by three other club comrades (Lélia Juillard 2 e Éleanor Gatineau 2 e and Myriam Bonnot 3 e ).
“Among the cadets, juniors and seniors, at the Vierzon tournament, the five entries from the club obtained good results with a special mention for the three seniors entered in less than 81 kg. Maxime Marcel (senior beginner), finished 2 e Sylvain Revenu 7 e and Hugolin Sapor 9 e while he is still only junior 1 re year,” explains Mickael Denisot, coach of the Decizois club.
In addition, the club has recently been promoted to “Silver club label” by the French Judo Federation (ranking resulting from sporting results and the club’s investment with the FFJDA). The various competitions planned for the coming weeks should confirm these good results.
