But towards the end of the half the Apulians raised the level of their defensive play, and Pillastrini’s team found great difficulties in the scoring phase.
The inertia of the match changed and Nardò recovered inexorably until overtaking at the end of the third quarter.
A blaze from the Friulians at the start of the last stage quickly ran out. The Apulians hit three-pointers in an inexorable way while the second in the class lost in precision and defensive effectiveness.
