How NATO wants to protect itself against hybrid attacks

When NATO decided on its first strategy against hybrid warfare, it envisioned green men who had quickly taken control of the Crimean Peninsula. Ten years later, the alliance would be happy if it had to deal with such clear-cut cases. The green men were Russian soldiers, only without national insignia on their uniforms. Most of the attacks the Allies face today are much harder to pinpoint. They have also gained massive weight.
