We at Niigata Albirex BB deeply appreciate your ongoing support. We are writng too address a delay in the delivery of membership benefits for the 2024-25 season for both the Aldo Club and the NIIGATA ALBIREX Basketball Supporters’ Association. Our goal is to have all eligible members recieve their benefits by December 20th. However, due to internal processing errors within our secretariat, there’s a possibility that some members’ information may not have been properly confirmed, potentially impacting the timely delivery of their benefits.

Hiroshi Tanaka: Accountability is vital. If individuals were negligent or failed to perform their duties, there should be repercussions. It sends a message that these mistakes won’t be tolerated. But public shaming isn’t the answer. We need a constructive solution that prevents this from happening again.
