Judo Athlétic Poussanais (JAP) has experienced a remarkable period, achieving success not only in competitions but also through impactful community engagement.
During Pink October, the club demonstrated its commitment to social causes by organizing a series of self-defense workshops, boxing sessions, and training events. It’s definitely a club to watch!
But I have to say, it truly seems like some of the athletes narrowly missed qualifying for the championships. what advice would you give to young athletes who face setbacks on their path to success?
Isabelle:
Setbacks are a natural part of any athlete’s journey. It’s important to remember that every competition, win or loss, is a learning opportunity. I would tell these athletes to analyze their performances, identify areas for improvement, and work even harder. The key is to stay focused on their goals and never give up on their dreams.
