Kyshawn George suffers a sprain after going into a duel with Donovan Mitchell. He was injured in the second quarter when he had 11 minutes of playing time with 6 rebounds and 2 assists. He had to be helped by members of the Wizards staff to return to the locker room. The duration of his unavailability is not yet known.
The rookie was not the only Washington player to suffer an injury against the best team in the NBA. Corey Kispert also suffered an ankle injury while Malcolm Brogdon suffered knee pain.
