LeBron James absent, Victor Wembanyama present

LeBron James absent, Victor Wembanyama present

Big NBA evening with eight games on the program, including a potential masterclass from Victor Wembanyama in Portland. Send the menu!

The NBA program of the night

  • 1h : Cavs – Wizards
  • 1h : Sixers – Pacers
  • 2h : Wolves – Lakers
  • 2h : Grizzlies – Nets
  • 2h : Bulls – Hornets
  • 3h : Nuggets – Clippers
  • 3h30 : Jazz – Suns
  • 4h : Blazers – Spurs

The night’s bill: Blazers – Spurs (4h)

So it’s not a poster at all, but the simple presence of Victor Wembanyama on a floor continues to make us click night after evening. The Spurs have quite a few absentees, notably Stephon Castle, Zach Collins, Tre Jones and Keldon Johnson, but facing the terrifying Portland racket the Alien could well get his fifteen rebounds while taking his fifteen shots… 3-pointers. Welcome to 2024.

But also…

  • 21-4 for the Cavs, 3-19 for the Wizards, and Cleveland hosts Washington. On the verge of putting 10K on Cleveland, too bad we are at minus 300 on the count.
  • General alert, the Sixers will be at full strength against the Pacers.
  • LeBron James is absent in Minneapolis but Rudy Gobert and Anthony Davis will have a good fight under the mischievous eyes of Anthony Edwards.
  • Can’t wait to find out how many 360s Ja Morant will do well tonight against the Nets.
  • Bulls – Hornets, magnificent match between teams too bad to be strong and a little too average to be super bad.
  • Nikola Jokic will try to score a 50/25/25 against his failed clone Ivica Zubac.
  • KD is uncertain in Salt Lake City, it must be said that it is not a dream trip.

The French on the bridge

  • Alexandre Sarr and Bilal Coulibaly are almost the only two valid Wizards players, at least we know they are going to play.
  • Tidjane Salaün is questionable following his ankle problem, Moussa Diabaté should be on the sheet.
  • Guerschon Yabusele will set big screens and put up big shots against the Pacers.
  • Armel Traoré should be on the Lakers bench.
  • Rudy Gobert will have a hard time facing AD.
  • Nicolas Batum will be able to take good photos of Nikola Jokic in a triple-double.
  • Sidy Cissoko will perhaps have a few minutes to stretch his legs.
