Aged 30, Lucas Pouille will enter the main draw of the Australian Open for the eighth time in his career. In 2019, he achieved his best Grand Slam performance in Melbourne by reaching the semi-finals. He is invited to go to Australia thanks to the invitation of the French Tennis Federation.

329th in the ATP rankings at the start of 2024, Lucas Pouille now occupies 101st place in the world. He distinguished himself this season by reaching the third round of Wimbledon, winning the Mauthausen and Mouilleron-le-Captif Challengers and reaching three other Challenger finals.

The Australian Open will take place from January 12 to 26, 2025.
