Alimerka OCB and Casademont Zaragoza have reached an agreement for the loan for the remainder of the season of the player Lucas Langarita Hernández (Zaragoza, 2005, 1.97 m).
The young guard returns, thus, to what was his and his family’s home a decade ago when he began his training in the youngest and youngest categories.
After his stay at the OCB, Langarita joined the youth club of the Spanish club where he has gone through stages until his jump to the Endesa League two seasons ago at just 17 years old. Likewise, he has accumulated calls with the different national teams summer after summer, achieving gold in the U19 World Championship in 2023.
In terms of numbers, in the 23/24 season he added 11 minutes on average in 29 games with Casademont Zaragoza in the Endesa League, entering the best young quintet in the competition. This year, due to the absence of minutes in the national competition, he arrives in Oviedo to continue growing as one of the great promises of national basketball.
