Sale completed after a long wait

The sales process was initiated in September, but the price remained unknown until recently. Compass said the sale closed Tuesday. The property was last listed for $14.8 million in May 2015 before being removed from the market in February 2021.

Built in 1995, the two-story home boasts nine bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, 15 of which are fully equipped, according to Zillow. Luxurious amenities include a full-size basketball court, putting green, tennis court, cigar room and circular infinity pool.

Visitors are greeted by a gate with the giant number “23” – an homage to Jordan’s famous jersey number with the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards. In addition, the property has a library and a 14-car garage.
