The Aden Branch Basketball Federation is organizing a recovery course for referees with the support and sponsorship of the Aden Transitional Council, and it is supervised by the former referee and head of the referees committee of the branch federation, Captain Adnan Abu Bakr Jalish, with the participation of 10 referees with the aim of qualifying them and raising their readiness for upcoming tournaments and entertainment benefits.
On its first day, the referees participating in the session received a detailed explanation of the developments in arbitration and an introduction to the new amendments issued by the International Federation of the Game, in addition to presenting new concepts and knowledge regarding the Law of the Game and what is stated in the regulations.
The course aims, through lectures, theoretical lessons, and practical application, to help consolidate and confirm the information, provide the amusement court judges, arm them with knowledge, and raise their abilities and technical presence during the course of the competitions, so that they are able to make the right decision and finish the matches in an ideal manner.
The course will continue at noon tomorrow, Friday, with the presentation of the last session and then tests to evaluate the performance of the referees participating in the course. The course will conclude after the afternoon of the same day by honoring the participants with a certificate of participation.
