Job description:
The French Badminton Federation (FFBaD), approved by the Ministry of Sports, has the mission of developing, controlling and organizing the practice of badminton on French territory.
As part of the organization of the badminton world championships in August 2025, the FFBaD is looking for a work-study project manager within the Territorial Relations sector whose mission is in particular to bring together all the structures badminton around the sporting and societal project of the FFBaD, rethink and coordinate the management dialogue with the leagues, lead the network of decentralized bodies.
The apprentice will have to formalize and deploy a territorial animation plan for the 2025 world championships (CM 2025), in connection with the territories (leagues, committees, clubs). He will manage the associated elements (boosting ticketing, management of goodies, management of financing of territorial travel, etc.). He will work with the networks set up by the sector (directors, development agents, managers, etc.) and communication
MAIN MISSIONS
Build, monitor and lead a territorial animation plan for the 2025 CM
• Formalize a strategy and deploy an animation plan across the entire French territory
• Propose and create animation and promotional tools (guide, communication tools, goodies) for the territories in order to encourage their engagement around the World Championships
• Ensure the coordination and monitoring of activities in conjunction with all stakeholders (clubs, committees, leagues, partners, communities, etc.)
– Ensure active monitoring with the territories on events and promotion of CM2025
– Manage a stock of goodies, CM 2025 communication kits, ensuring transmission to the territories
• Manage participation in travel costs for grouped territorial trips
• Provide technical support for activities during the CM 2025
Qualification :
PROFILE WANTED
In Master 1 / Master 2 training in sports management or equivalent, you have good organizational skills and enjoy working in a team. You demonstrate writing skills and master office tools as well as a Canva-type graphics solution.
