PSV brings Thomas Schaling back to the club. The 37-year-old head scout of the American Charlotte FC will become Head of Recruitment at the leader of the Eredivisie.
For Schaling, this means a return to PSV, where he previously worked as a scout from 2010 to 2020. In that capacity he brought, among others, Andrés Guardado to Eindhoven. He previously worked in the same position at AZ. Schaling was head scout at Charlotte FC from 2020.
Now he returns to PSV, which was busy in the background renewing its scouting and providing it with new impulses. In that light, the club already said goodbye to former strikers Roland Vroomans (57) and Mika Lipponen (60).
