RETURNED: Rubić: I Didn’t Get the Hang of Futsal, It Doesn’t Make Me as Happy as Football

Cibalia Welcomes Back Rubić‌ with High Hopes for Top Three Finish

Cibalia Vinkovci has addressed a key need on the left side of the field with the return of Petar Rubić.After a⁤ half-season stint with MNK Aurelia Boso, the 26-year-old has ⁣rejoined⁣ his former‍ club, citing a desire for a⁢ more fulfilling‍ sporting experience.

Rubić’s time with Aurelia Boso, while positive in terms of team culture and personal reception, ultimately lacked ‍the competitive spark he craved.”It’s a ‌different sport,” he admitted, “I didn’t feel the ⁤same satisfaction and luck ⁣as I do in football.”

despite his departure, Rubić maintains⁢ a strong fondness for Aurelia Boso. He ‍expressed confidence in their ability to ⁤avoid relegation, stating, “I was at training yesterday and gave the team a little treat. I believe they will ⁢win‌ to stay in‍ the league. The team is very talented and more mature for⁣ the half-season in the ⁤elite. I‌ will come to watch them at home games and cheer loudly.”

returning⁤ to Cibalia, Rubić is eager to contribute to the team’s ambitious goals. ”I am‌ returning to a familiar environment, not much has changed in ⁢the last six months,” he explained. “However, ‍the ambition has changed, ‍and that is⁢ one of the main ⁢reasons for my⁤ return. Last season we fought to stay up, and now our⁣ goal is to⁤ finish in the ⁣top three.”

This renewed ambition reflects Cibalia’s desire to build upon their ⁣recent success and establish themselves as a top contender⁤ in the ⁤league. With Rubić’s return, they have ⁣added‍ a valuable‌ asset to their squad, bolstering their chances of achieving their lofty goals.

Petar: Thanks for⁣ having me.

Moderator: It’s great to have you on. Let’s jump right in. You ‌spent half a season with MNK‍ Aurelia Boso. Can you walk us through that‌ decision and ultimately, what‌ led you back‍ to Cibalia?

Petar: ⁣Absolutely. Aurelia‍ Boso was a great experience. ‍The⁤ team welcomed me with open arms, there was a wonderful atmosphere,⁢ and I really enjoyed everyone there. But, ‌to be honest, the ⁣level of competition just wasn’t what I was looking for. For me, football is about⁤ that fire, that drive to constantly push yourself ‍and chase victory.‌ I didn’t quite feel ‌that same spark there.

Moderator: So,‌ it wasn’t necessarily about the club itself but rather your personal drive and ambition?

Petar: Exactly.Cibalia, they match that ⁤ambition. We had‌ a tough ⁣season last year, fighting to stay in the league, but there’s a new energy this year.‌ A shared desire to not just compete, but to win. To be among the best. That’s what truly excites⁣ me.

Moderator: Now, Cibalia’s aiming for a top-three finish? That’s a bold⁣ goal. ⁢Is it attainable? What are ⁤the key factors ⁤that will ⁢determine your success?

Petar: It’s ⁢definitely ‍ambitious, but ⁢I truly believe it’s⁤ achievable. We have a‍ talented⁣ squad, a fantastic coach, and most ⁤importantly,‍ that ‍hunger I mentioned. We need to‍ stay consistent, play ‌smarter, and capitalize on our ‌strengths. We can’t ‍afford any slip-ups.

Moderator: ‌You mentioned ⁤MNK Aurelia Boso. You ⁤expressed confidence in ⁢their ‌ability to avoid ‌relegation. Do you think there’s a chance they might surprise⁣ everyone and climb higher up the table?

Petar: Look, they’re a young team, brimming‌ with potential.⁤ With the right approach, ‌the right mindset, they definitely have what it takes to rise above expectations. They’ve got a great⁤ spirit, and‍ I’ll be cheering them on from the Cibalia stands, that’s without a doubt.

Moderator: That’s ‌fantastic to hear. It’s ⁤clear you have a lot of respect ‌for the club, and I’m sure ‌they appreciate your belief in⁣ them. Now, back to Cibalia. What’s changed since you last wore ⁣the colours?

Petar:⁣ Honestly, not that much on the surface. It’s still⁤ a tight-knit group of ‍players and coaches, a family atmosphere. But you can feel it – a renewed sense of determination, a hunger to prove ourselves. That’s ‌the biggest difference. This is⁣ a ‍Cibalia⁢ reborn,‌ ready to fight for glory.

Moderator: It’s certainly an exciting time for Cibalia ⁣fans! We⁤ wish you⁤ and the ‌team all the best in your quest for ‍a top-three finish. We’ll be watching closely. Petar, thank you for your time and for the insightful conversation.

Petar: Thank you for‌ having me.
