Luis Felipe: Thanks for having me. It’s great to be here!
Moderator: Now Luis Felipe, you know Santiago and its proud sporting history as well as anyone. This week saw the grand opening of a stunning new multi-sports complex in Pueblo Nuevo. It’s got everything – a top-of-the-line basketball court, spaces for volleyball and badminton, and even some seriously impressive ventilation!
I have to ask, what are your thoughts on this new addition to the city’s sporting landscape?

They say it’s about more than just basketball or badminton; it’s about instilling values like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—values essential for holistic advancement.
Do you think having access to such facilities genuinely influences young people beyond athletic skill development?

Without a doubt. Sports, especially team sports, teach you so much more than just how to dribble a ball or hit a serve. You learn how to work together, overcome challenges, and build resilience. These are life skills that translate far beyond the court or field, and they help shape responsible, well-rounded individuals.
