Self-defense courses for all levels
Self-defense classes are reserved for adults over 14 years old, beginners or experienced, wishing to gain – or regain – self-confidence, as well as being able to defend themselves in all circumstances!
Birth of the club
“Basically, I am a judo and jujitsu sports instructor and a federal karate and tai jitsu instructor, will explain Jean-Charles Druart, supervising self-defense courses. Self-defense, which combines the technical side of quite a few disciplines (kick boxing, judo, jujitsu, etc.), has thus become a section of the judo club. To join the group, you must therefore be licensed by the Vervins Judo Club.
