This weekend of December 14 and 15, the 57th Catalan Archery Championship of the Catalan Indoor Archery Federation of the 2024/2025 season took place in Constantí, Tarragona. The city of Terrassa was represented by two clubs, Club Arquers Terrassa and Draco Sagittariis. In total, and after a very good performance by both clubs, the Terrassa archers have won a total of 15 medals; 4 for the Arquers Terrassa Club (3 bronze and one gold) and 7 for Draco Sagittariis (3 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze).
As for the gold medals, the Arquers Terrassa Club celebrated the triumphs of Josep Gallardo in the veteran compound division. For their part, the Draco Sagittariis archers rose to the top of the podium three times, thanks to the performances of Roc Rueda, Mireia Comas and Sergi Cebrián.
In the case of second positions, Alexandra Moura, Javi Montesinos and Myriam Jiménez obtained second position representing the Draco Sagittariis club. Finally, regarding the bronze medals, Tessa Roy, Rosa M. Abad and Eugènia, from the Arquers Terrassa Club, were third in their categories. On the other hand, Toni Fraguas won the bronze and the last medal of the Draco Sagittariis club.
In this way, the Catalan competitions until the Spanish indoor championship conclude and the preparation time begins for the outdoor season that will begin next March.
