At 37, the Serb, now coached by Andy Murray, is aiming for a 25th Grand Slam title after a frustrating 2024, despite winning singles gold at the Paris Olympics. The ATP-WTA tournament will take place from December 29 to January 5, before the Australian Open which begins on January 12. If he wins, he would win his 100th title, joining Jimmy Connors (109) and Roger Federer (103) as the only men to have reached this milestone. At the start of 2024, Djokovic was eliminated in the semi-finals of the Australian Open by future winner Jannik Sinner. With Murray at his side, Djokovic will try to win an 11th time in Melbourne.
