With less than a day to go until the Acord Colombia Oro Puro Athlete of the Year Election Ceremony, the Colombian Association of Sports Journalists (Acord) already has its outstanding athletes for the awards ceremony that will take place next Thursday at the city of Cali, starting at 7:00 at night at the Intercontinental Hotel.
The Farallones Hall will host awards such as male and female Athlete of the Year, Sports Promise of the Year, Coach of the Year, the Future is Today, Revelation of the Year, Best Athlete of the Year, special distinctions, among others. As a recognition of the best athletes during 2024, Acord Colombia finalizes details in the capital of Valle del Cauca to receive those who represented the country in international competitions such as the Paris Olympic Games, championships in the world, among other high-performance sporting events.
After a respective analysis by journalists, some of the semi-finalists to aspire to the Acord Colombia awards are:
