The judo club trained in first aid

At training time for the adult group of the Aucamville-Fonbeauzard judo club, the kimonos remained in the locker room. In fact, you don’t need to wear sports gear to attend first aid training.

Sponsored by a large insurance company, Groupama, it took place in the presence of twenty practitioners.

Thus, under the guidance of two trainers who put their skills to good use for those who had never approached these basic rescue services, this session was a discovery but also a refresher for those who had already acquired some knowledge. … On the program, cardiac massage, application of a tourniquet, use of a defibrillator… So many gestures, sometimes so simple but oh so useful which will perhaps be used by one of these participants to save lives.

Training that fully integrates with the values of this sporting discipline and those conveyed by the Aucamville-Fonbeauzard judo club. At the time of the start of the year resolutions, club officials specify that trial lessons will be offered, within the dojo of the “Les Violettes” sports complex, between January 6 and 30, 2025. An excellent opportunity for those who want an approach to this sporting discipline and who intend to keep their resolution…
